Because of the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of any opened coffee product.
However, if your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@triangleco.xyz within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a refund or exchange, and we will cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
Please ensure that any returned products are in their original, unopened condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days upon receiving the returned item.
